Software Design & Development

The design and development of the software is done using the very latest Microsoft.net framework is all carried out by our in house software development team.

Because the software originated with us and we continue to be the sole developers and suppliers, development can be done for completely separate stand alone systems or as an enhancement to our software to meet customer’s exact requirements.

Our cabling specialists can provide a tailored solution to your wiring requirements. A structured cabling approach using Category 5 and Fibre Optic cabling procides high degrees of flexibility and greater fault tolerance with transfer rates between 10 and 100 Mb/s data.

One-day training courses on each module are held at Chatsworth House in our fully equipped training facility. The courses include a set of training notes to take away, and each attendee is given a certificate on successfully completing a course.

Software Support

Once a system has been installed and your staff trained, the next most important aspect of any business system is ongoing support. Chatsworth Computers Support Centre offers direct systems support and management services to all our customers via standard dial-up modem or ISDN links. Reported problems can be identified in minutes, without our specialists leaving their desks, and the appropriate corrective actions can be taken immediately.

Hardware Support

Chatsworth Computers also provide a rapid on-site hardware maintenance service ensuring a prompt 4 / 8 hour response to our customers by our trained field engineers. They attend sites with a view to resolving the problem there and then. Where necessary loan equipment can be provided should the faulty equipment require workshop attention.
