Production Control
Merlin’s Production Control modules are part of a fully integrated suite of programs specifically designed and developed for companies who manufacture. They integrate seamlessly with the other Merlin modules and cover all aspects of a manufacturing business, from Enquiry, Sales and Purchase Order Processing through Work-in-Progress costing and monitoring, to Invoicing and on to final accounts.
The emphasis is on assisting production by providing real-time comprehensive on-screen monitoring of work in progress (WIP) and enquiry facilities, ensuring maximum profitability by keeping tight control over work-in-progress and costs. The system optionally utilises bar coding technology on the shop floor to log employees to jobs, to issue parts, pick orders and to label incoming and outgoing goods.
Merlin is designed to work with Preactor, the World Leader in Production Planning and Scheduling software.
